Consulting & Recruitment agency „Jobs Plus” provides professional solutions in the recruitment area, recruitment process and leasing services. For our client – international rapidly expanding IT company, we are currently looking for a highly motivated candidate for the following position:
Senior/Lead Consultant, Services
Responsibilities
You will be primarily responsible for gathering and analyzing customer requirements, configuring and testing the solution, and demonstrating functional knowledge on how the solution can address customer’s business needs.
In particular, you will:
•   Configure FlexNet™ software solution; including process authoring , development and testing of configured extensions in FlexNet
•   Configure required interfaces to disparate external systems
•   Execute on-site system and integration testing jointly with the customer
•   Assist and provide support during testing, go-live and post go-live phases of the project
•   Create functional designs, technical designs and system documentation
•   Provide knowledge transfer to customers and partners
•   Assist the sales and presales teams by serving as a  technical and functional subject area expert during initial interactions with the client
•   Work closely with Project Manager’s and other consultants

Based on your experience you may also lead the technical delivery of projects, manage a group of consultants and participate in the entire project lifecycle including activities at presales and design stages.

Position Requirements
•   Minimum 3 years of experience in a software industry
•   Basics of C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, Javascript
•   Very good knowledge of database programming
•   Proven experience with on-site software implementations
•   Leadership qualities and excellent organizational skills
•   Very good interpersonal and communication skills
•   Ability to travel 25-50% (weekly or monthly based duration, mainly within Western & Central Europe)
•   Fluent English

Desired Skills
•   Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
•   Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and Supply Chain principles would be an asset
